I spent a decade perfecting the art of residential and commercial flooring installation (visiting hundreds of customer homes and commercial properties along the way) and then over 5 years as a silkscreener and operator of 16-color press for one of the largest scale garment printing & merchandising for clients like Deschutes Brewery, Microsoft, Sasquatch Music Festival, UW, Weta Production (Hobbit & Lord of the Rings), ComicCon, The Walking Dead, and Elysian Brewery as well as small, specialized runs for local and non-profits in Seattle.
I have decided now is the time to pursue my passion for homeownership, craftsmanship, attention to details and high quality finishing work as a licensed home inspector serving Washington state. I inspect each home as if it were my own with care, honesty and integrity and hope you'll join me as we inspect your property so that I can help you understand history and best practices for maintenance and repair.
I'm a craftsman, and addition to home inspecting I have personal and commission projects at various stages of completion, most recently I completed a remodel of a 1976 Jayco camper to embark on epic PNW summer camping trips. I live in Mountlake Terrace, Washington with my wife, kids and dog; I like hiking, good beer, and playing guitar with my 2 daughters, Ruby & Luna.
